What I do

Store and platform architecture

What runs in Shopify, what runs outside it, and where the boundaries sit, so changes stay cheap. This includes the choice between a theme-based and a headless storefront.

Integrations

Shopify connected to CRM, order management and other third-party systems through the Admin API and webhooks, designed for retries, duplicates and rate limits.

Custom apps and extensions

Back-end services in .NET and C# on Azure that extend Shopify where apps fall short, such as custom pricing, order routing or data synchronisation.

Reviews and second opinions

An independent look at an existing store, its apps and its integrations, with a ranked list of risks and what to do first.

Do you build stores or advise on them?: Both, depending on the job. I focus on architecture, integrations and custom back-end development. For design, theme work and the day-to-day running of the store I am happy to work alongside your agency or in-house team.
