How your information is handled

Who is responsible

Radwan Atassi, Copenhagen, Denmark. You can reach me at the email address below for anything in this notice.

What I collect, and why

Contact and free call forms: your name, email address and the message or system description you write, plus a diagram link if you add one. I use it to reply to you and to arrange a call. The legal basis is that you ask me to get in touch, and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Download forms and the scorecard: your email address, and for the scorecard your score. I use it to give you the file or result. When you request one, you also agree to occasional emails from me about similar resources. You can say “stop” at any time and I will remove you.

Who handles the data

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions for me and, like any host, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages. If you book a time, you do so on Cal.com, which has its own privacy notice.

I do not sell your information and I do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and similar storage

The site sets one cookie, which remembers your language choice. It also remembers in your browser that you have unlocked a download, so the form does not ask again. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep a message for as long as it takes to answer it and, if we work together, for the engagement and as long as bookkeeping rules require. You can ask me to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how I use it, receive a copy, and withdraw consent you have given. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
